Everything on your account looks fine in terms of getting real-time data for the CME exchange, as you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. Note that this is the CME exchange of the CME Group, so you only have access to real-time data for symbols traded on the CME exchange. Other symbols will be the delayed streaming data.

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue?

I opened a brand new chart using the direct CME symbol:

ESM26_FUT_CME

It still shows “Delayed”.

This eliminates symbol issues, chartbook issues, and continuous contracts.

It appears my Sierra Chart session is not authenticating real-time data even though the CME exchange is active.

Can you please check whether my session is correctly authorized for real-time Denali data?
