Everything on your account looks fine in terms of getting real-time data for the CME exchange, as you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. Note that this is the CME exchange of the CME Group, so you only have access to real-time data for symbols traded on the CME exchange. Other symbols will be the delayed streaming data. What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

John, I opened a brand new chart using the direct CME symbol: ESM26_FUT_CME It still shows “Delayed”. This eliminates symbol issues, chartbook issues, and continuous contracts. It appears my Sierra Chart session is not authenticating real-time data even though the CME exchange is active. Can you please check whether my session is correctly authorized for real-time Denali data?

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After closing all chartbooks. I opened ESM26_FUT_CME. I disconnected (File>Disconnect), then reconnected (File>Connect to Data Feed). The following from your log is the issue: 2026-04-07 11:07:07.440 \| Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. You need to set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". After you do this, and select OK to close that window, you will need to select "File >> Reconnect". After that, you will be fine. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

I enabled “Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds” as instructed, clicked OK, and performed a full disconnect/reconnect. However, the charts are still receiving delayed data only. The real-time Denali feed is still not connecting. The Message Log continues to show connections only to the Delayed Data Feed servers, and there is no real-time authorization handshake. Can you please check my real-time session authorization on the backend? It appears the session is still not being issued a real-time token.

Please ensure that the "Data Delay" is displayed in your Chart Header. If not, then please add it by following these instructions: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header Once that is added, then you will see it in the Chart Header with the abbreviation of "DD:". Please choose a specific chart, and let us know the symbol of that chart (exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol") and the value of DD: in the chart header. Getting us an image of the chart would be even better with that DD: value visible. To start with, do NOT use AI to troubleshoot issues. Nearly everything you stated is completely wrong. The symbol header shows the delayed‑feed mapping: ESM26_FUT_CME[M] ESM26_FUT_CME is the symbol used when you are connected to the "Teton CME Routing" service. The [M] showing after it means that you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Message Log does not show any real‑time authorization handshake There is no line indicating a successful real‑time connection to the CME real‑time Denali feed There is nothing in the log that would show this specifically. There are some clues, such as the following: Denali Data Feed \| Server Name: SC Realtime Server. Which indicates that you are connecting to the real-time server. There are also no mentions of being connected to the delayed servers. Multiple entries show explicit delay measurements, for example: “(8.0 hours. Delay: 2.7 seconds)” and “(4.3 seconds. Delay: 2.4 seconds)” These only appear when the feed is delayed. Those are the amount of time for which missing data needs to be downloaded. It has absolutely no bearing on whether you are on a delayed feed or not. The real‑time authorization handshake is missing. The line “Real-time Intraday chart data file updates started” appears even when the feed is delayed and does not indicate entitlement. The line that shows "entitlement" is the following: Enabled for: Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. But it is not completely indicitive of the situation, as there are other factors that have to be considered. ----- What exactly are you seeing that makes you think the data is delayed, outside of the log. Everything we see says that you should be fine. We really would like to see the "DD:" in the header, although we do not understand why you are not able to view this. Please check your "Chart Text" coloring in the Graphics Settings. Keep in mind that you need to see if you are using the Global Graphics settings or the Chart Specific graphics settings and adjust the proper coloring in that item. The issue is now resolved. I had previously observed “Delayed” in the chart header, indicating a data entitlement or session issue at that time. After reconnecting and reloading symbols, the feed is now functioning in real time (continuous DOM updates, smooth Time & Sales/footprint, normal DD latency). The exact trigger for the correction is unclear, but the data is currently working as expected. No further assistance needed. Thank you.

I spoke too soon. I have 3 subinstances connected to the main instance, each sub has a dedicated, linked future. And each subinstance is 10 minutes delayed. It shows it in the label but it also shows it in the Time & Sales. Here is the message log. After changing the "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes" and reconnecting, you should have been fine. Please restart all of your Sierra Chart instances, including the Main Instance. I closed and restarted the main instance and all 3 sub instances. Only the main (ES) and sub 4 (NQ) were not delayed. Sub 4 had "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to No. So I tried changing sub 2 and sub 3 to No, turning everything off, and restarting, but it didn't work. Sub 3 & 4 are still delayed. It says so in the title line and the Time & Sales are delayed for both by 10 minutes. The Time & Sales for both the main and Sub 4 instances are real-time. I also tried changing Sub 4 to "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes, turned everything off, opened every instance, and got the same result. ES (main instance) & NQ (Sub 4) are real-time. GC & CL (Sub 2 & Sub 3) are delayed, as shown in the header and by the Time and Sales windows.

Please go through every instance and set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". Then exit from all instances, including the main instance. Then start Sierra Chart again. This will ensure that your systems are set correctly. -- But - beyond the above, the reason you are not getting real-time data for GC and CL is that you do not have those exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. GC is traded on COMEX and CL is traded on NYMEX, but you only have the CME exchange active.
