Please go through every instance and set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". Then exit from all instances, including the main instance. Then start Sierra Chart again. This will ensure that your systems are set correctly. -- But - beyond the above, the reason you are not getting real-time data for GC and CL is that you do not have those exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. GC is traded on COMEX and CL is traded on NYMEX, but you only have the CME exchange active.
