The following from your log is the issue: 2026-04-07 11:07:07.440 | Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
You need to set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". After you do this, and select OK to close that window, you will need to select "File >> Reconnect". After that, you will be fine.
