Please ensure that the "Data Delay" is displayed in your Chart Header. If not, then please add it by following these instructions: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header Once that is added, then you will see it in the Chart Header with the abbreviation of "DD:". Please choose a specific chart, and let us know the symbol of that chart (exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol") and the value of DD: in the chart header. Getting us an image of the chart would be even better with that DD: value visible. Then also get us your Message Log by following these instructions for the same symbol you used above: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
