I enabled “Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds” as instructed, clicked OK, and performed a full disconnect/reconnect. However, the charts are still receiving delayed data only. The real-time Denali feed is still not connecting. The Message Log continues to show connections only to the Delayed Data Feed servers, and there is no real-time authorization handshake. Can you please check my real-time session authorization on the backend? It appears the session is still not being issued a real-time token. |
