I closed and restarted the main instance and all 3 sub instances. Only the main (ES) and sub 4 (NQ) were not delayed. Sub 4 had "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to No. So I tried changing sub 2 and sub 3 to No, turning everything off, and restarting, but it didn't work. Sub 3 & 4 are still delayed. It says so in the title line and the Time & Sales are delayed for both by 10 minutes. The Time & Sales for both the main and Sub 4 instances are real-time.

I also tried changing Sub 4 to "Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes, turned everything off, opened every instance, and got the same result. ES (main instance) & NQ (Sub 4) are real-time. GC & CL (Sub 2 & Sub 3) are delayed, as shown in the header and by the Time and Sales windows.
