Using Apex Funded account, purchased Denali data yet historical data not loading

The market data is spotty and only loads data when I've been logged in. In troubleshooting, deleting and redownloading only began to load data once I re-logged in and doesnt pull the historical data unless I was logged in at that time. Redownloaded current version of Sierra and refreshed my log in information, tried to switch to Sierra all services then retry log in to Rhithmic/Apex account but problem still persists.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
