A similar problem is happening to me; I have purchased Denali data package 12 and just opened a live account with Stage 5/ Dorman. I connect to Teton stage 5 account fine. Live and Delayed data. This morning when I tried to trade Apex I couldn't load the charts correctly. TPO wouldn't fully populate etc. Only showed me what printed while i had Sierra opened. I was able to trade but just took a couple, that worked fine. Im sorry if im missing something i am new to the platform but really enjoying using it.
