To start with, we recommend using two different installations of Sierra Chart so you are not having to flip back and forth between the settings in order to connect to one account or another. It is up to you in the end, but there are no additional fees or costs, just as long as you install on the same computer (different computers require an additional set of exchange fees). Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:

The above is separate from your issue. You should not be having any difference in the way this works for the service you are connected to.

Please do the following for us when you get a chance:
- Setup your Sierra Chart to connect to APEX.
- Exit from Sierra Chart. Wait at least 5 minutes to make sure the system will have to download some missing data when you open it again.
- Start Sierra Chart and see if the missing data fills in or not. If it does not, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
