Are you using multiple installations of Sierra Chart? Our servers do not show that this is the case, therefore the statement that "My normal account looks good" has us a bit confused. Can you explain what you mean by this and how you change between accounts?

For each installation of Sierra Chart, check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" and ensure that this is set to "Yes". If you have to change it from "No" to "Yes", then after you make the change and select OK to close that window, select "File >> Reconnect".

For the charts where you had been getting the Rithmic data (i.e. any chart that was not a symbol from the CBOT exchange previously) you will want to select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". This will remove the Rithmic data that you had for that symbol and download the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This ensures that the data is all from one source and consistent.

You only need to delete the data and download once for each symbol, not for each chart.
