I am not receiving any data at all when connected to Teton (Dorman Clearing). I switched to SCData and was able to get quotes but Teton is not working, I have gone through the normal troubleshooting process and cannot figure out why I am not receiving data. Thanks.

Are you getting data for any symbols? Note that you are only setup to get real-time data for the CME exchange (not the full CME Group). Please let us know one symbol for which you are having an issue and then get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. We are not seeing anything that shows an issue related to NQ or MNQ. We do see you have a chart for VX, which will only be the delayed streaming data. What exactly are you seeing, or not seeing? Have you checked your Session Times to ensure that they cover the full period and you are not seeing new data due to how these are set? The issue is that the charts in my chartbook, all of which are NQ or MNQ charts except for one VIX chart, are not loading any data. The DOM is frozen. There is nothing transacting on time and sales. The bar charts haven't moved since yesterday evening. I haven't changed session times, and everything was working fine until yesterday after RTH. I changed nothing...they just stopped working. All service packages for live data are paid up and active. Going through the troubleshooting in the link you provided: 1) the symbols are valid; 2) session times are unchanged for many months...the session start time is 17:00:00 and end time is 16:59:59, with evening session start time of 17:00 and evening session end time of 08:30:00; 3) I have checked and rechecked to ensure that my service package includes real-time data and that I am connected to the data feed; 4) I am scrolled to the end of the chart. Please advise on next steps now that I have troubleshot those indicated in your link.

Thanks, John. I exited SC and restarted. Also ensured that I was running most recent version. No change. Data is still stuck at globex start yesterday. Is it possible that there is a large data download going on in the background that is getting in front my real-time data? Is there a way to check? I'm grasping for answers because I don't want to lose another day to this.

I know markets are closed, but the issue were at the first installation. All CME except Micro E-Mini ES500 (MESM23-CME), the only symbol I can download the data feed.

The /es and /nq. I tried restarting SC, and rebooting my pc after a windows update. No change. Then SC crashed, and upon restarting, suddenly started working. So I have no idea what the problem was, or how it fixed itself, but appears to be working perfectly this morning.

We are not seeing any issue with historical data downloads in your log, in fact, quite the opposite - we are seeing historical data be requested and downloaded. Our first question is whether you have this setup as a "Continuous Futures Contract Chart"? Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts And also how much data are you trying to download? You can only get about 5 years of data due to the single digit year used by Rithmic. Dear support thank you for your help, it allowed me to find the root cause. An explanation as well for other readers. i changed parameters to NO for continuous futures contract chart i checked the days to download which were ok (only 90 days for 240, 60 mn and TPO charts) but i first missed the fact the field "date range in file from" (menu data limiting of the chart settings) began on the 2023-04-12 , that is to say the date when i first set up Rithmic DTC as the "current selected service" on sierra chart. I did not realize at first as i swapped from SC service all data (with delayed data) to Rithmic with the same chatbook and i assumed that the parameters would remain the same. Thanks again for your pro active answer and help.
