thank you for your help, it allowed me to find the root cause.

An explanation as well for other readers.
i changed parameters to NO for continuous futures contract chart

i checked the days to download which were ok (only 90 days for 240, 60 mn and TPO charts) but i first missed the fact the field "date range in file from" (menu data limiting of the chart settings) began on the 2023-04-12 , that is to say the date when i first set up Rithmic DTC as the "current selected service" on sierra chart.

I did not realize at first as i swapped from SC service all data (with delayed data) to Rithmic with the same chatbook and i assumed that the parameters would remain the same.
