We are not seeing any issue with historical data downloads in your log, in fact, quite the opposite - we are seeing historical data be requested and downloaded. Our first question is whether you have this setup as a "Continuous Futures Contract Chart"? Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts And also how much data are you trying to download? You can only get about 5 years of data due to the single digit year used by Rithmic.
