You do have a lot of different exchange fees active on your account.

We deactivated all of them except for one of them: The Full CME Group with Market Depth. We need to know what symbols you need real-time data for and whether you require market depth data and we will activate the appropriate exchanges for you.

First, are you still having any issues, and if so what exactly is happening?

The symbols you are quoting are definitely not valid symbols.

We need you to open a chart using File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. Locate the symbol you need. Instructions:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)

And then we need to see the Message Log.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

I understand those are not actual symbols. I am just stating what I trade. I trade the Emini, Tech, Gold and the Russell. When I use to find symbol, I get an error. No matter what month of contract I choose from the list, I receive a prompt "The symbol is not unknown. No real time data for this instrument is allowed."

Duplicate active chart gives me an infinite loop. I can click the button all day long but no chart appears.

Not sure exactly what is happening. There must be something about your chart and study configuration triggering the issue. Avoid doing this and refer to this help topic:

I am not sure what happened but i am receiving data now. I have no mobile data with CQG but everything else works. I notice a few messages back that I have a lot of active subscriptions. The only data I need is for Emini, NQ and Gold. How can I make sure that I am only subscribed to data feeds that support that data.

Right now you have the following exchange activated:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($31.20)

If you need Market Depth data and you only need the data for E-Mini S&P 500 (ES), E-Mini Nasdaq (NQ), and Gold (GC), then you could save a little bit of money by activating the following exchanges instead:
- CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($10.40)
- COMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($10.40)

If you also want to have real-time data for the rest of the CME Group but without market depth, then you could also add the following:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($3.25)

--------------------

If you decide to make this change, then you need to wait until next month. Here are the steps to take:
1. At any time prior to May 31, 2021 go to the following page and select the button for Deactivate for the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange.
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

This will just set the exchange to not renew, it will not stop the data. You will continue to get the data through the remainder of the month.

2. On June 1, 2021 go to the same page again for the exchanges, and activate the exchanges that you want to use. Make sure you have enough funds in your account to pay for these exchanges.

Yes, you would have to work with CQG to get their mobile capability.

We do have a web-based portal for users on the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. So if you were to change brokers and go to that service, then you could use the portal that we have available. You will find more information on this here:
