Most likely because you have the following exchange active: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, so this gives you the Real-Time data for symbols that are traded on the CME Exchange (not the entire CME Group). Any symbol that is traded on a different CME Group exchange (such as NYMEX, COMEX, or CBOT) are going to be delayed data.

You can always change your exchange selections from the following page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Just keep in mind that you have paid the full amount for the month on the existing exchange, and you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate any new exchange (in other words, you may want to wait until the 1st of next month to activate any new exchanges). You can select the Deactivate button for any exchange you do not want to continue into the next month, at any time (and you want to do it before the end of the current month).

Your exchange did not renew since you did not have enough funds in your account prior to June 1 (we see you added funds on June 1, but we run the renewals around 02:00 UTC, so you were just a tad late). In order to renew the exchange, just go to the following page and select the button next to the exchange that states Reactivate Exchange at the bottom of the page:

Can i be connected with SC Data all service but trade with CQG? Currently to trade i need to be CQG connection/data feed. To avoid switching back and forth? Open to other suggestion that you might have.

There is no need to switch back and forth. You can trade with CQG (and have CQG as your Current Selected Service) and be getting the data from us. This is the preferred setup, in general.

I did that but not able to get other products to load i.e. CL, GC .

How can i get SC all data service in the data feed section but execute with CQG. Rather than CQG web app data and data feed with SC that is not loading CL and GC.

Sierra Chart is setup such that if you have a data feed through us, that will be the priority, regardless of what your trading service is set to. The control for this is through the option File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. In general, this should be set to Yes, and there are very few reasons to set it otherwise.

Therefore, in order to get your system connected to CQG, you would follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Once you have completed that, then the final step is to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to the CQG symbols. But you will still be getting the data from us.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Your account looks good in terms of the data feed. So you should not be having any problems with symbols from the CME exchange. Keep in mind, you are setup to only get real-time data from symbols on the CME Exchange itself, not the entire CME Group, which is made up of the CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX exchanges.

If you are still having a problem with a symbol from the CME exchange, then follow these instructions to open a new chartbook and new chart for one symbol and get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

Yes, this is what we are telling you. Follow the instructions to connect to CQG. When you do that, you will be receiving the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but executing orders through CQG. Again, here are the instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service

After you finish those instructions, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to the CQG symbols.

If, by any chance, you still have an issue with the data, then check the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and ensure that this is set to Yes.

Hello, I dont know how to start a new thread but please advise for the below
1)can you tell me What am i enabled with you guys for Denali?
And I got only CQG - for order routing with Amp. B/c when i switch to data feed for CQG i am only seeing CME.

2) for the Sierra Service Package between 10 & 11. Can you tell me what are the difference from what i read looks to be everything the same.

3)Is it possible to just use Sierra Charting and I can trade/place order via other platform to avoid needing to switch data feed.?

Thanks,

1) For the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you have the "CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals" exchange active. This means that you get data for just the CME exchange (not the entire CME Group).

2) There a number of differences between packages 10 and 11. It is the same differences between packages 3 and 5 (standard and advanced). Refer to the information on this page:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

3) Sure, you can use Sierra Chart just for charting. That is your choice. Just be aware that if you want data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, then you will need to connect Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures account at least once a month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

No, i want to keep denaii exchange data feed but need to get live data how do i get that for CME Group

You are currently setup to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME Exchange itself).

If you are asking how to get data for the full CME group, then it is just a matter of activating the exchange(s) that you want and deactivating those that you do not. You can do this from this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just keep in mind that if you deactivate an exchange, you are really just setting it to not renew the following month. You have already paid for the full month, therefore it will stay active (behind the scenes, so to speak) until the end of the month.

If you are having an issue getting the live data, then tell us what the specific issue is and what the symbol is for the chart.

I think there is miscommunication that is happening here.

May be easier & quicker to speak over the phone. I looked through the reading guide and it doesn't answer the question.
