Hello, For my subscription on ** i would like to know what Data feed and platform i am paying for. I had made the payment for $46 for SC / Denali feed but its not working. I should be paying for the SC platform for $25, something is not correct.

you are setup for Package 11 which is the Advanced Package with the Denali Data Feed Fee, for $46.00 USD per month. Your account will renew on March 5, 2021 for another 31 days of Package 11. This will remove the $46.00 USD you have in your account.

You are also setup to pay $10.40 USD each calendar month for the CME With Market Depth exchange. This is paid on the first day of each month.

John, what does denali feed cover. i think i am subscribed to both Denali and CQG feed for no reason. Please advise.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed offers data for both the CME Group and EUREX. There are two components to the data feed, the data feed itself, which requires package 10, 11, or 12 and the exchange fees.

You would need to ask AMP if they have you setup for the CQG data feed and then have them disable that for you.

yes, because currently i am using CQG datafeed to get data feed and execute. So sounds like my Denali data feed and execution is active for sierra chart.

I am really confused with the setup at the moment. This is helping clear some doubt.

i was billed by AMP for this month and made a payment to Sierra Chart also. I am essentially billed twice. Please advise.

Take a close look at the bill from AMP and on the lines for Sierra Chart see if it has "FEB21" or "MAR21" in the line. If it is "FEB21", then that is them billing you (in March) for the February usage time. That is correct. If it says "MAR21", then they should not have charged you for that.

Keep in mind that AMP bills at the beginning of the month for the previous month. We bill up-front in the beginning of the month for the current month.

Hi John, i did contact Amp they are suggesting to contact Sierra Chart directly, what is my Denali credential that i should be using i am still using CQG connection looks like. Wit Denali i will be able trade from it also correct?

Attached is the CQG feed.. the Symbols are all FE.... Appreciate your help in advance, would like to get clarity to avoid unnecessary fees and streamline Data/Order routing. Please advise.

There are no Denali credentials. Denali is a Data Feed available from us (Sierra Chart), so when you activate it as part of your Sierra Chart account, we know that. In other words, it is controlled through your main login to the Sierra Chart software.

Since you are using CQG, you would need to follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG:

After that is done, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will convert all your symbols to the CQG symbols.

What is the specific issue you are having at this time? You should be getting Real-Time data for symbols on the CME exchange.

User did have access to the Denali Exchange Data Feed and was receiving data in real-time.

They had a question about using their Interactive Brokers account and that is fully supported. You need to follow the instructions here:

Once you have Sierra Chart connected to Interactive brokers, contact AMP, and have them close your CQG account and you can close your AMP account. You do not need either. They are completely unnecessary in your case.

I am not able to load the data for F.US.EPM21. Can you please advise?

Are they symbols changed? Anthony called last week and suggested that this are the correct symbols and its using Denali feed dont change it.

I am really confused with the changes. Can someone please provide the solution to this

Also i contacted AMP support. Attached is converssation screenshot. - I need to be able to use Denali data feed with CQG order routing set up.

Currently i can only do either or data feed but to order route its not available. Under data and service option

Make sure the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then set it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect then File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If it is already set to Yes, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

H John, thanks for the email.
I did try that but still either i get the Denali Data or nothing (when i switch to CQGWEBAPP for order routing). I am frustrated why it stopped working.

Is there a way to use the Denali but with CQG order routing (per AMP its active). I am noticing severe data lag on Denali with current prices in MKT (screen shot attached). What changed from 3/31 to 4/1? that's causing this mess.

Please advise.

You are able to use CQG for your order routing and get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to keep your Service set to CQG WebAPI to do this. And then the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds needs to be set to Yes.

As to what happened between 3/31 and 4/1 is that you did not have any funds in your Sierra Chart account, therefore the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts that you had active was not renewed.

You need to add enough funds to your account to pay for the exchange fees. You can do this from this page:

Then you can reactivate the exchange by selecting the following link and logging into the Sierra Chart website using the same Account Name and Password that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange to the right of the listed exchange:

You have until April 5, 2021 for your Sierra Chart Usage Time. But the exchange fees are due the first of each month.

You still need to add $6.40 to your Sierra Chart account to cover the upcoming Usage Time renewal cost that will occur on April 5, 2021.

Most likely because you have the following exchange active: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, so this gives you the Real-Time data for symbols that are traded on the CME Exchange (not the entire CME Group). Any symbol that is traded on a different CME Group exchange (such as NYMEX, COMEX, or CBOT) are going to be delayed data.

You can always change your exchange selections from the following page:

Just keep in mind that you have paid the full amount for the month on the existing exchange, and you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate any new exchange (in other words, you may want to wait until the 1st of next month to activate any new exchanges). You can select the Deactivate button for any exchange you do not want to continue into the next month, at any time (and you want to do it before the end of the current month).
