Take a close look at the bill from AMP and on the lines for Sierra Chart see if it has "FEB21" or "MAR21" in the line. If it is "FEB21", then that is them billing you (in March) for the February usage time. That is correct. If it says "MAR21", then they should not have charged you for that. Keep in mind that AMP bills at the beginning of the month for the previous month. We bill up-front in the beginning of the month for the current month.
