You are able to use CQG for your order routing and get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to keep your Service set to CQG WebAPI to do this. And then the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds needs to be set to Yes.

As to what happened between 3/31 and 4/1 is that you did not have any funds in your Sierra Chart account, therefore the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts that you had active was not renewed.

You need to add enough funds to your account to pay for the exchange fees. You can do this from this page:

Then you can reactivate the exchange by selecting the following link and logging into the Sierra Chart website using the same Account Name and Password that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange to the right of the listed exchange:
