Most likely because you have the following exchange active: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, so this gives you the Real-Time data for symbols that are traded on the CME Exchange (not the entire CME Group). Any symbol that is traded on a different CME Group exchange (such as NYMEX, COMEX, or CBOT) are going to be delayed data. You can always change your exchange selections from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Just keep in mind that you have paid the full amount for the month on the existing exchange, and you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate any new exchange (in other words, you may want to wait until the 1st of next month to activate any new exchanges). You can select the Deactivate button for any exchange you do not want to continue into the next month, at any time (and you want to do it before the end of the current month).
