Critical Connection Issue: Apex (Rithmic) Login Failed - Account Verified by Broker


To Sierra Chart Support,

I am writing to you after an exhausting troubleshooting process regarding my connection to Apex Trader Funding (via Rithmic).

Here is the situation: I am unable to connect to the data/trading service through Sierra Chart, despite repeated attempts.

Crucial Information: I have already contacted Apex Support directly regarding this issue. We went through a verification process, and I have received explicit confirmation via email from Apex that:

My account status is active and valid.

My credentials are correct.

There are no blocks or issues on the broker/Rithmic side.

Since Apex has officially confirmed that everything is working perfectly on their end, the issue is isolated to the Sierra Chart connection.

Current Behavior: When I attempt to connect, the system fails. [Optional: If you see a specific error number on the screen, add it here: The error code I see is...]

Please do not refer me back to the broker, as they have already cleared this issue. I need you to investigate why the software is rejecting a valid connection.

First, we have no control over Rithmic connection issues. None. Absolutely none. So we cannot help at all but we want to see what the connection error is .

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I have followed your instructions: Disconnected, then reconnected to Data Feed. As seen above, the socket seems to be closing gracefully by the remote side immediately after connection attempts.
