(Subject): Critical Connection Issue: Apex (Rithmic) Login Failed - Account Verified by Broker To Sierra Chart Support, I am writing to you after an exhausting troubleshooting process regarding my connection to Apex Trader Funding (via Rithmic). Here is the situation: I am unable to connect to the data/trading service through Sierra Chart, despite repeated attempts. Crucial Information: I have already contacted Apex Support directly regarding this issue. We went through a verification process, and I have received explicit confirmation via email from Apex that: My account status is active and valid. My credentials are correct. There are no blocks or issues on the broker/Rithmic side. Since Apex has officially confirmed that everything is working perfectly on their end, the issue is isolated to the Sierra Chart connection. Current Behavior: When I attempt to connect, the system fails.
