The first thing we want you to do is to update to version 2813. This will keep the look/feel the same as you have it now. The current versions (above 2813) have changes to the windows within the main Sierra Chart window. You are welcome to jump to the latest release, but we do not want to add those changes to what you are trying to learn right now.

The reason we want you to update is that you are on a version around the time that we made a change to fix an issue with Rithmic when you had a bad symbol. Rithmic would keep disconnecting and re-connecting when this occurred, and it is what you have happening, so you must be on a version from just before this change.

To update to version 2813, follow these instructions (ignore the fact that these instructions are for rollback - they apply to updating as well):

This should fix the issue, but in the end, you have a symbol that is not appropriate for Rithmic. The symbol is "MESH26-CME". You should find that symbol in your system and either change it to what is needed for Rithmic, or remove the reference to that symbol. Refer to the following:
