Subject: Urgent: Connection Loop (Error 10054) & Symbol Error - Service Unusable

Message: Hello,

I am writing to you regarding a critical issue that renders the platform unusable. I am experiencing a constant disconnection loop with the "Rithmic Direct - DTC" service (Apex account). The connection establishes but gets forcibly closed immediately by the remote host.

Log Details: The message log repeatedly shows: Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

However, just before the crash, the log indicates a specific data error: Error downloading historical Intraday data for MESH26-CME. Exchange not specified.

Troubleshooting Done:

I have confirmed that NO other Rithmic instances (R|Trader, mobile apps) are running.

I have checked my internet connection.

I have tried to close charts, but the background download seems to persist and crash the connection.

Urgency: I have been a paid subscriber to Sierra Chart for a month now, but I haven't been able to trade properly due to these technical issues. Since I am paying for a premium software, I expect stability. Currently, I am losing subscription time and money.

Please advise on how to clear this faulty symbol request from the download queue so I can maintain a stable connection.
