Hello, I get an error saying 'network socket has been closed'. Alse the software keeps getting disconnected and reconnecting. This has been happening for over a week while at home or at my office.I checked the internet connection and everything seems to be fine on that end. Please assist. |

We do not see any lost connection here in this log, but we do see that the market data is coming from Rithmic and not the Denali data feed. It is for this reason: The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Got it thank you. So to clarify, I can fund my AMP futures account with say $100, connect for 10 seconds using the Denali feed and then go back to the Rithmic Data and get the lower non-professional rate? Also, where you say I won't get real time data if I do not do this step, the current chart data, is it delayed or it is current but will keep getting disconnected? |

Hello, Can you please check and let me know if the live funded account verification required once a month is now done. As mentioned in the message above and the steps, I connected using my AMP Futures account for over 5 minutes and then switched back. |
