hye i just activate the package 12 evaluation for 60 days to check but didnt get any level 2 data and mbo data why?

What is one symbol for which you are wanting to see level 2 and MBO data, but are not getting?

for stocks apple like, and for bonds and es i dont get any level 2 data like stocks of apple i dont get any tick more than one bid and ask prices and for es id otn get level 2 dom bid ask and mbo data why? already activated denali data etc

First of all, you have not activated the exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you are not setup to get any Real-Time data. But, you should be getting the Delayed Streaming Data, which would explain why you are not getting any Market Depth data for the U.S. Equities, as the exchange rules do not allow us to send out the Market Depth data for the delayed data. You should, however, be able to see market depth data and MBO data for the CME Group data. Refer to the following for items to check related to the Market Depth data: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels --- If you are wanting real-time data then you need to activate the exchanges for which you want the data. You can activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind for the CME Group data that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to get the data at the non-professional exchange fees. If you are getting data correctly (i.e. your candles and prices are updating but are 10 minutes behind), then go through the following to figure out what is occurring with the Market Depth data: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels If your candles are not updating properly, then do the following so we can get your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. now i get the market depth of bonds and es but not mbo, mbo is still not getting is it because of delayed data am not getting mbo data on dom of bonds and es??
