I have tried to get a sprread according to your instruction but got an error:
"Symbol settings not found for current service"

What should I do?

We assume that you are referring to the Custom Calculated Symbols. As such, it sounds like the symbol names you used in creating it were not the correct ones. Please paste your formula for us in this thread so we can see what you entered.

Originally I used formula {MESZ20_FUT_CME}-{MESH21_FUT_CME}

So according to Sierra Chart advise I switched to

And now I cannot even load the symbol - "Symbol settings not found for current service"

I am trying to trade on AMP via TT.

The main problem is that you are not setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The first thing you need to do is to sign the Real-Time Data Agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed on this page:

You are setup to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed through AMP, therefore, once the agreements are accepted, you then need to let AMP know that you have completed them and that they need to finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you.

You are currently getting delayed data for the CME Group as part of the Delayed Exchange Data Feed (Delayed Exchange Data Feed). You will be paying for your data through AMP once you get it setup, but it is not yet complete.

Again, you need to start by signing the agreements here:

The data feed is not enabled as you need to get AMP to complete the setup. But, you first need to sign the agreements. The page you went to is not the right one. Select this link to get the agreements:

Scroll down the page a bit to get to the section for Real-Time Agreements and fill those out.

On that page that you took the screenshot of, there is a section that states "Real-Time Data Agreements". In that section there are two links. You will need to select each one, which will open a document that you need to read, fill out (as necessary) and then submit. Just follow the directions in each document. The documents are named the following:
- Uniform Subscriber Agreement
- CME Non-Professional Certification

Sorry, I must have looked at a different account where they were not showing as complete.

Since those are done, you now need to call AMP and tell them that you want to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for your account and that you have completed the Agreements. They will take care of getting it setup for you.

This does not make sense. You should have no trouble accessing the spread symbols this way. If you do not get the spread symbols, provide a screenshot of what you see after using the Get Spreads button.

This is the correct spread symbol:
MESZ20-MESH21.MES.FUT_SPREAD.CME

Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you tried to get spreads. There should be no trouble at all.


You can also not trade live Custom Calculated Symbols. Only exchange listed spreads.

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
