The main problem is that you are not setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The first thing you need to do is to sign the Real-Time Data Agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements You are setup to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed through AMP, therefore, once the agreements are accepted, you then need to let AMP know that you have completed them and that they need to finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you.
