The data feed is not enabled as you need to get AMP to complete the setup. But, you first need to sign the agreements. The page you went to is not the right one. Select this link to get the agreements: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Scroll down the page a bit to get to the section for Real-Time Agreements and fill those out.
