So according to Sierra Chart advise I switched to https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#ExchangeTradedSpreads_NewMethod And now I cannot even load the symbol - "Symbol settings not found for current service" This does not make sense. You should have no trouble accessing the spread symbols this way. If you do not get the spread symbols, provide a screenshot of what you see after using the Get Spreads button. This is the correct spread symbol: MESZ20-MESH21.MES.FUT_SPREAD.CME Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you tried to get spreads. There should be no trouble at all.
