It looks like you have Gain Capital for your trading service, but you are not actually trading out of Sierra Chart, rather it looks like you set Sierra Chart to "SC Data - All Services". If this is correct, then we need you to reconnect to Gain Capital for a few minutes and then change back to "SC Data - All Services" and see if this resolves your problem. If we do not have this correct, then let us know who you are using for your Trading service and whether you stay connected to them at all times.

If you are still having an issue after that, we need to see your complete Message Log.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

You only need to connect to Gain Capital for a second. Detailed instructions are here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

To make certain the symbols are correct, you need to translate the symbols to the current service. Instructions:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

And really we recommend that you change to this service for trading instead of Gain Capital:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Using that service will avoid this kind of issue to begin with.

And we are going to move you over to the Denali Exchange Data Feed for next month:
