Suddenly, I am receiving delayed data. I have not been able to figure out why. Just yesterday I renewed my data service. Could you please check into this and let me know what might be the problem? Thanks!

You did not have enough funds in your account on October 1, 2025, when the exchanges renewed to cover the cost of all the exchanges you had active in September. In particular, the exchange that you had active for the CME Group did not renew, but the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" did. It seems that what I needed was to activate data for "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts." It's strange because I had paid the monthly fee yesterday (10/01) but it did not renew the data. Please confirm John. Thanks.

A few different things occured. First, you added funds on October 1, 2025 at 15:23:43 UTC. The renewal of the exchanges occurs around 00:15:00 UTC on the first day of each month. So you added the funds after the exchange had been deactivated. Second, the funds you added on October 1, 2025, were used to renew your package for 1 month. Therefore, you currently have $0.50 in your Services Surplus balance. You still have not activated the CME Group exchange that you had active in September. If you want this exchange, then you will need to add enough funds to cover the cost and then activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that you did have enough funds for the "NASDAQ TotalView" and the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" to automatically renew. We see that you have deactivated the "NASDAQ TotalView" since then, so you will continue to get the data through the end of this month. The exchange will then not renew on November 1, 2025, and at that time you will not be able to view any market depth data for U.S. Equities, as that comes from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange option. We just want to make sure you are aware. So, would you please do me a favor and indicate exactly which services and data I need active in order to: 1. Trade the ES, NQ, and RTY, 2. Receive level 2 data, 3. Receive MBO data. You still have not activated any exchange for the CME Group. You can do this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges To get Market Depth and MBO data, you need to activate an exchange that includes Market Depth. They state the words "Market Depth" in the names of the exchange options. You are already on Package 12, so you can get and view the MBO data. You still have not activated an exchange in order to get real-time data for the CME Group. Part of the problem is that you do not have enough funds in your account. You are trying to activate an exchange that costs $13.00, but you only have $0.50 in your account. You need to add at least $12.50 to your account in order to activate the exchange you want.
