You did not have enough funds in your account on October 1, 2025, when the exchanges renewed to cover the cost of all the exchanges you had active in September. In particular, the exchange that you had active for the CME Group did not renew, but the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" did.
