Hi, I'm still not receiving live data. I activated the "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts," and nothing. So, would you please do me a favor and indicate exactly which services and data I need active in order to: 1. Trade the ES, NQ, and RTY, 2. Receive level 2 data, 3. Receive MBO data.
