I choose a package, but maybe forget something. still not working. I would like to use ES 500 Cart, so data for it. So what should i do? Which steps should i take? Dont have any login data for Data service Settings. Maybe just dont know which to use.

Do you have a live trading account? If so, what order routing service are you setup to use?

Sierra Chart has support for CQG, Rithmic, Interactive Brokers, and the Teton Order Routing Service. Let us know if you are using one of these and then we can help you get connected.

If you do not have a live trading account, then be aware of the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the information here:

Is it possible to get money back for the Packege. Cause i will not use Sierra next timeand have 64 USD on the Service Surplus? Or is it possible to freesethe Surplus? Thank you

Yes we can do the refund but we think there was a misinterpretation about what you were asking about in post #1. We apologize for that. If you have a problem with the chart not loading at all we can help with that.

Our response at post #2 was about obtaining real-time data. If you do not get any chart, then open a chart for this symbol:

is it possible to freeze the the Payment for the later use of the Packege? If not can we do the refund?

We can not "freeze" the current monthly service. But we have set your account to not renew when this term is completed on June 4, 2022.

The funds you have in your account will stay there as well. So when you are ready to come back, you just need to select your Service Package to get going again. When that occurs, refer to the following instructions:
