Do you have a live trading account? If so, what order routing service are you setup to use? Sierra Chart has support for CQG, Rithmic, Interactive Brokers, and the Teton Order Routing Service. Let us know if you are using one of these and then we can help you get connected. If you do not have a live trading account, then be aware of the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
