Hello,

I searched on your website Data services but I didn´t found anything so. I want to ask when I want Eurex Datafeed it costs 21$ but but can I choose if I want cqg or rithmic ? or is that just possible when I have a Live Account and do trading from a broker so I choose which one.

And the second thing is the picture. When I used it back then sierra chart in the future market for example eurostoxx50 they only showed me 1-3 month clear 60 minutes candles in the past. So for example I couldnt see clearly what happened further back the candles aren´t clear. Can you tell me why it is ? The picture is the chart from 2020 but it doesnt matter because usually the contract of a future opens 2 years before the contract are away so the candles have to be clear can you tell my why ? is it the difference between cqg and rithmic ? that cqg only show m3 3 monath back the candles ?

I hope you can help me ?

We highly recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX data. You can get the real-time data without the need for a live account (that is a CME Group requirement). You can also use this data when connected to CQG or Rithmic for trading. To setup the data follow the instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

You can get the data from CQG and Rithmic, but you will have issues with the historical data (see our response below to your second question). You also have to be on Package 10, 11, or 12 in order to get the EUREX data into Sierra Chart.

So for example I couldnt see clearly what happened further back the candles aren´t clear. Can you tell me why it is ?

That is the actual data for that particular instrument. If you want to see the history of the particular symbol spanning across the different contracts, then you would need to use a Continuous Futures Contract chart. Refer to the following:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

To get the data for the Continuous Contract Chart you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed (see information above). CQG and Rithmic do not give the historical data for previous contract months.

okay thank you for the help. Another question is or maybe I didnt understood it right. For example I use the 60 min chart and its very important for me that I can see all candles from the beginning of the contract so when I look on the 06-22 eurostoxx for example (the actual one)
that I can see the candles from january 2021 so that the sierra chart eurostoxx show me all 60 minute candles clearly from the beginning of the contract that eurex announced. When I used it in the past he didnt showed me right just dead candles with no volume cant work with that. I thought its the cqg datafeed that is the problem for example a collegue showed me his chart from a other platform and he can scroll from 06-22 the actual contract back to for example january 2021 (one year back) and more and the 60 min candles are clear so he can see the levels... So what I have to do that I dont have those dead candles without volume ?

I hope you understood me so that I can reactivate the right package

In order to show data going further back than the current contract, you need to setup the chart as a Continuous Futures Contract Chart. Refer to the following for this:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

If you had this setup previously and were not getting the data, then that would have been due to the fact that CQG does not send historical data for previous contracts. Just another reason to use the Sierra Chart EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

ok thanks got it. i read something about delayed data feed when i go to service packages i can only see realtime data as example package 10. or did i misunderstand and you can't get delayed data from eurex ? and how much it cost because i didnt found something about that ?

my second question is how long does the historical data go back for the eurex data as an example?

We have Delayed Streaming Data available for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView. This data is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange) and acts like real-time data. In order to use this data, you would need to have your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services.

This means that you can not get the delayed data when you are connected to your trading service.

my second question is how long does the historical data go back for the eurex data as an example?

I have to go to the account details and then change the current service package. When I tried this it said "You are unable to evaluate a Service Package because your Usage Time has expired or you are on a Trial." -- that means i have to activate a package which one should i select if i want to have eurex delayed courses ? or did I do it wrong

You do need to activate a service package in order to continue to use Sierra Chart.

If you are just going to use the Delayed Streaming Data for now, then you can be on package 3 or 5. Which one of these is a personal choice depending on whether you need the Advanced features or not. Refer to the information at the following link which has the differences in the packages:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

And refer to the following for how to add funds and activate a service package:
