Delayed Data

Hello

It has been over a week since I renewed my services and I still have delayed data. I currently have AMP futures for my trading account and does not show my balance or order in sierra charts either. Please fix data issues and connect my account to AMP.

Everything in your account looks good.

We want to point out that the only exchange you have active is the "CBOT with Market Depth", so you will only get real-time data for symbols on that exchange.

If still have a problem, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

There is the following in your log:
Sierra Chart account data changed. Requesting updated account information.

We need for you to exit from Sierra Chart and then use the Forced Login option for when you start Sierra Chart again. Refer to the following information for how to use Forced Login:

hello

data is still delayed, it has been over two week i have paid over $70 for delayed data that is not real time/accurate. Please enable real time services and credit two weeks of delayed data

Tell us what symbol is delayed. The difficulty is with CME market data rules not us. It is the exchange, which creates monumental monumental monumental frustration for everyone regarding real-time data access. They are to blame. 1000%.

We see a lot of symbols like this in the log you submitted previously:

MGCM21-COMEX

This is on the COMEX and you will not receive real-time data for this symbol. You need to activate that exchange here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

You do have real-time data now for the CBOT. So you have not been paying for COMEX.

I only actiavted Comex orderbook data services which is what I always subscribe to, please change services to real time comex.
