I know you guys don't offer the support for rithmic but I've got an error trying to connect and I just want to know if I set it up properly. I have installed the bridge files into the Rim folder but when I try to connect it doesn't work. I have even tried to use older versions of Sierra but that doesn't fix the problem. Is there anything that I am doing wrong in the setup or is it a case of bad luck and that I cant connect to rithmic.

We would have to see the Message Log to know the reason.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hello @Sierra Chart Engineering, i know you do not offer directly support for issues with Rithmic, although i have a generel question.

As im in the OneUP Evaluation, the rithmic datafeed is horrible choppy for DOM executions. As im using Denali Datafeed through AMP Brokerage, my question is, if could use this connection as datafeed while transmitting the orders to the OneUP Account.

I already found some documentations using the DTC Server Method for a second instance of Sierra Chart. This works fine but when i choose "DTC- Sub Instance" As Service, the connection to OneUp is missing. Is there any Setup to accomplish this?

I have already tried to reduce chart loads and changing the "remote buffer delay send time in ms" to different values between 40 and 200. But still not comparable with Denali Datafeed in matters of smooth connection.

You can have 2 separate Sierra Chart installations on the same computer receiving data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time. Therefore, in the instance that is connected to OneUp Trader, you just keep it connected to the appropriate Rithmic connection and as long as you have the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to Yes, then you will be getting the Denali data to that system. You can verify that you are getting the Denali data by looking for the [M] notation after the symbol in the Chart Header. Refer to the following for more information:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

How does the instance know to take live data Feed from denali when inputting login credentials from oneup trader into data/trade service setting?

Using a source and a destination instance works when using DTC Service as data/trade service instead of rithmic in the menue

Sierra Chart is setup to first look at whether you are setup to get Real-Time data from us, and if so then to get the data from us. If you are not setup for real-time data from us, then the system looks to your Trading Service (as setup in Data/Trade Service Settings).

There is a control to not look to Sierra Chart for data at all, and that is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
