Sierra Chart is setup to first look at whether you are setup to get Real-Time data from us, and if so then to get the data from us. If you are not setup for real-time data from us, then the system looks to your Trading Service (as setup in Data/Trade Service Settings). There is a control to not look to Sierra Chart for data at all, and that is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
