Hi I am having now trial subscription, soon having paid subscription. My data is feed is from Interactive broker level 2, I am getting very patchy foot print of 5mins and 60 mins but not getting any data in hour chart. please see attached first chart. Is the IB data is not good? do I need to have some other subscription to have an uninterrupted data? I have attached 2nd chart, which I like very much. can some one help me to get that kind of chart? |

For Numbers Bars you need to use the Sierra Chart provided data feeds. Not Interactive Brokers data. You are properly setup for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the U.S. Equities. Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log for a single symbol that is having an issue: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Thanks for replying, Yes i am getting live feed now from sierra but I also wanted to connect Interactive broker trading account. how will i do that? is there any chartbook can you send me to have a footprint chart with delta? |

Sorry to bother you, When i am trying to connect IB account I am loosing connection from Sierra data feed. I can't see how I can connect both, sierra data and IB trading account. Thanks for sending the the above study collections, is there any library for foot print chart? |

As long as you keep the option on the Data/Trade Service Settings for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled, then you should still be getting the data from Sierra Chart and not from Interactive Brokers. You have the correct subscription to the data feed, so you are only getting the U.S. Equities from us.

You are not currently using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You currently are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the US equities exchange.

Please let us know where it is stating that you are renewing the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are not setup for that feed at all, so you should not be receiving any notices regarding it. If you can point us to the specific area, then we can look into changing it to people are not confused.
