Cannot connect to "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" service

I am using Sierra Chart (Package 3) with login credentials provided by AMP Futures. I normally use the "CQG WebAPI" service, which works fine. I wanted to try out Sierra Chart's Delayed Exchange Data Feed, so I followed the documentation here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed

The documentation says that the delayed data is accessible through the "SC Data - All Services", "Trading Evaluator - Delayed", or "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" service. In my Sierra Chart, the "SC Data - All Services" option appears as "SC Data - All Services (Not enabled on package)", which I assume means that I cannot use it for one reason or another. So I selected the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" service instead. But when I try to connect, there is an error. A "Service Connection Error" window pops up and says "Connection error: Trade account not assigned" (see full log messages below).

Is this because the Delayed Exchange Data Feed is not available in AMP's Sierra Chart? Do I need to subscribe directly to Sierra Chart Package 3 to be able to access the Delayed Exchange Data Feed?

You do not have a Simulated Futures Trading Account. Therefore, you need to follow through the Setup Instructions for the Simulated Futures Trading Service here:

Okay, I followed all the steps until step 12. On step 12, I get the same error: "Connection error: Trade account not assigned." (full log messages below).

Everything looks correct on our end. We want you to do a Forced Login, which updates your local version with the information from our servers. Refer to the information here for how to do this:

I did a Forced Login by following the instructions in the link, but I still get the same error message in a pop up window "Connection error: Trade account not assigned". I closed Sierra Chart to try another Forced Login, but I get the same result again.

Can you confirm that this problem is not caused by using login credentials provided by AMP Futures?

Extra information: I went to "Home >> (Table of Contents) Account Control Panel / Purchase Services >> Account Control Panel >> Trade Account Data and Order Entry" and found that the "Connection Status" section says: "Connected: False | Last Logon Failed - Username or Password is incorrect". The "Action Log" section shows:
