I did a Forced Login by following the instructions in the link, but I still get the same error message in a pop up window "Connection error: Trade account not assigned". I closed Sierra Chart to try another Forced Login, but I get the same result again.

Can you confirm that this problem is not caused by using login credentials provided by AMP Futures?

Extra information: I went to "Home >> (Table of Contents) Account Control Panel / Purchase Services >> Account Control Panel >> Trade Account Data and Order Entry" and found that the "Connection Status" section says: "Connected: False | Last Logon Failed - Username or Password is incorrect". The "Action Log" section shows:
