We think the problem is being caused by the CQG symbols you have in your Chartbook:
F.US.EPM19

After your Chartbook is open and is not using high CPU usage, We want you to use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service)

Now it looks like I have to pay 25$ for Denali Exchange Services (what is this?) and 15$ for the full CME that is 40$ / month
This is a data feed we activated your account that we did not charge you for this month that was part of the troubleshooting process. We will cancel it for you.

Although if you do use the TT order routing, you will need to pay for that data feed but you do not have to pay any fees to Rithmic. If the problem is resolved with the instructions above, then just go ahead and stay with Rithmic for the time being and see how everything goes.

Hi, my problem is back!! Waiting to Download Historical Data.

Did you change anything in the data application (Denali) ??? I thought you could keep it up to the end of the month. I will be on a new service with Sierra Data at the end of this month.

We apologize for the delay.
Did you change anything in the data application (Denali) ??? I thought you could keep it up to the end of the month. I will be on a new service with Sierra Data at the end of this month.
No nothing changed. This is not the problem.

This is a very unusual situation and so far we do not know why it is happening. We need some time to do further testing.

And once again we apologize for this but you are the only user having this problem and we have never seen anything like this before.

Hi,

No Problem, thanks for looking into the problem!! But you say nothing changed but I see Denali disabled and that is different from the moment it was working yesterday!

Also can I change something on my side. For example move van Rithmic to CQG? Anyway the Denali route was working and I plan to move to a different broker end of this month.

Hi,

Any reason why not answer last question? I can't use Sierra now for 1 week.

I have a GAIN demo installed and it works fine. Don't understand why you let me 'hang' here in Rithmic and leave the scene while I don't have possibility to trade. I suggested earlier to leave Rithmic and asked for a demo from Sierra
If I don't hear from you today I will cancel my Rithmic account and move to CQG for the rest of this month.

Please let me know your status.

We did a remote assistance session and discovered that the Chartbook they are using is just creating too much of a load and causing this condition:

We will fix this, But still there is going to be a problem because the result will be the download is canceled, and there will be missing data. You need a more powerful computer, and use multiple instances of Sierra Chart to distribute processing load:
