We think the problem is being caused by the CQG symbols you have in your Chartbook:
F.US.EPM19

After your Chartbook is open and is not using high CPU usage, We want you to use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service)
