We apologize for the delay. Did you change anything in the data application (Denali) ??? I thought you could keep it up to the end of the month. I will be on a new service with Sierra Data at the end of this month. No nothing changed. This is not the problem. This is a very unusual situation and so far we do not know why it is happening.
