We apologize for the delay.
Did you change anything in the data application (Denali) ??? I thought you could keep it up to the end of the month. I will be on a new service with Sierra Data at the end of this month.
No nothing changed. This is not the problem.

This is a very unusual situation and so far we do not know why it is happening. We need some time to do further testing.

And once again we apologize for this but you are the only user having this problem and we have never seen anything like this before.
