We did a remote assistance session and discovered that the Chartbook they are using is just creating too much of a load and causing this condition:

We will fix this, But still there is going to be a problem because the result will be the download is canceled, and there will be missing data. You need a more powerful computer, and use multiple instances of Sierra Chart to distribute processing load:
