Now it looks like I have to pay 25$ for Denali Exchange Services (what is this?) and 15$ for the full CME that is 40$ / month This is a data feed we activated your account that we did not charge you for this month that was part of the troubleshooting process. We will cancel it for you. Although if you do use the TT order routing, you will need to pay for that data feed but you do not have to pay any fees to Rithmic.
