I am connected but no data is coming thru

John, something odd has just happened and I have also written to Lucid. I was trading perfectly fine this morning.
1- I blow one of my Lucid accts. I purchased new acct
2- I log off of SC so that new acct can be added to drop down on dom
3- I re log on
4- I select new acct from drop down. I see a small trade. I enter 2 lot buy
5- Suddenly the dom stops, and the data disappears
6- I hit flatten
7- I have Rithmic pro open, and see the acct has been added AND the trade I just did entered.
8- now all the acct doms are dead. No data
9- disconnect and reconnect data service. Still dead. Check log in is correct, it is.
10- check to make sure my acct balance is in credit, it is.

I am clueless as nothing changed except for me to log off to allow new acct to be entered into chartbook. A trade was made, and then it went dead.

Most likely, you had an issue connecting to Rithmic for some reason. If you are not able to connect to your connected trading service, you will also not get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Attached is the reply from rithmic. I googled Claude, and it seems when adding a new acct this can happen. Please read attached, and I will send log in the next post. again, I have restarted everything.

PLEASE NOTE, AS RITHMIC SAYS IN EMAIL REPLY, THE FACT THAT THE TRADE WENT THRU, AND THAT I AND THEY CAN SEE ALL THE ACCTS LIVE ON RITHMIC PRO MIGHT INDICATE IS IS A SC ISSUE.

But, the issue in this case is not due to Rithmic. The issue is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account within the past month. As such, your "Verifed Until" date is set to "July 7, 2026". Which means that you are no longer able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group.

And since you do not have the fields filled out for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" on your "Data/Trade Service Settings", you are not going to get the data from Rithmic, therefore, you are not getting any data.

Once you connect to your live trading account, everything will go back to normal.

Wait, but how am I able to get data, live and kicking, on SC data? Why would Rithmic not be able to access it as well? I will google this as I must be missing something. I have put the Edge Philip cap acct on hold that must be why.
