Most likely, you had an issue connecting to Rithmic for some reason. If you are not able to connect to your connected trading service, you will also not get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
