John, something odd has just happened and I have also written to Lucid. I was trading perfectly fine this morning. 1- I blow one of my Lucid accts. I purchased new acct 2- I log off of SC so that new acct can be added to drop down on dom 3- I re log on 4- I select new acct from drop down. I see a small trade. I enter 2 lot buy 5- Suddenly the dom stops, and the data disappears 6- I hit flatten 7- I have Rithmic pro open, and see the acct has been added AND the trade I just did entered. 8- now all the acct doms are dead. No data 9- disconnect and reconnect data service. Still dead. Check log in is correct, it is. 10- check to make sure my acct balance is in credit, it is. I am clueless as nothing changed except for me to log off to allow new acct to be entered into chartbook. A trade was made, and then it went dead. See accompany sheet shots. HELP |
